Breakfast Sandwich

One Pan Sandwich

  • Lender’s® Bagel, any flavor
  • 2 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Butter
  • 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese


  1. In a non-stick pan, cook 2 slices of bacon until crispy, and set aside
  2. In a medium bowl, crack the egg and add salt & pepper to taste. Whisk until scrambled
  3. Butter both sides of the split Lender’s bagel
  4. Melt a fair amount of butter over medium heat
  5. Coat the bottom of the pan with the egg mixture
  6. As eggs start to cook, add bagel halves face down, next to each other in the pan
  7. Once eggs no longer stick to the pan, cross your fingers and flip everything over at once
  8. Fold eggs so only bagels are touching the pan
  9. Add bacon and a slice of cheddar cheese to one side
  10. Fold over the other side to create a one-pan sandwich
