French Toast Bagel Bake

Ingredients
- Lender’s® French Toast or Plain Bagels
- Non-stick Spray
- 4 Eggs
- ¼ Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 TBSP Melted butter
- 2 oz Cream Cheese (for Glaze)
- 2 TBSP Maple syrup (for Glaze)
- ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar (for Glaze)
- 1 TBSP milk (for Glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Coat a baking dish with non-stick spray
- Cut 6 Lender’s Bagels into bite size pieces and set aside
- In a medium bowl, combine milk, vanilla, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and melted butter
- Whisk until well blended
- Pour bagel pieces into the bowl with the mixture and evenly coat all the bagel bits
- Pour coated bagels in an even layer into your baking dish
- Bake uncovered for 30 min
- Meanwhile make the icing by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar, maple syrup and milk
- While it’s finished baking, remove from oven and generously drizzle the maple sugar glaze atop your French toast bagel bake
