Egg Salad Bagel Melts

Ingredients

1 carton eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1 bag of Lender's Bagels
4 slices cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    1.

    Boil eggs until hard. Cool, de-shell and add yolk and whites to mixing bowl. Chop in bowl.

    2.

    Add mayonnaise, chopped pickles, salt and pepper and mix well.

    3.

    Toast bagel halves, add egg mixture on top, add cheese slice and bake in oven until cheese is melted.
